My inspiration to become a personal trainer came from observing how through exercise you can improve not only physically, but also emotionally and socially. By experimenting on my own I knew that I wanted to help other people feel the same, no matter what their goal was; and that is why through this profession I want to contribute to take care of you and improve one of the greatest treasures we have: our health.
